ACA approved materials and processes.

FDCPA, State Laws, GLBA Compliance, and Security Seminar, Sexual Harassment Seminar, FACS System and PRS Polices and Procedure training.

PRS collection techniques and FACS System training continue; portfolio specific training is introduced.  trainees begin making calls with trainer side-by-side.

All areas covered reviewed and tested.  Trainees spend the week on the phone in the training environment in preparation for graduation.
